Features Description: • Age: All guests must be 18 with the exception of children with their parents. • Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. • Trash: Please place all trash in trash bags and place in the brown trash can outside the front door. • Pets: Pets are welcome! We allow up to 2 dogs with a $250 pet fee per stay. Please inform us in advance or reach out before arrival if you plan to bring a pet. Please keep them off the furniture to avoid extra cleaning fees. • Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Fees apply and vary depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60. We may not always be able to accommodate these requests—please message us in advance for details. • Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion. • We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds for cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy.
