If you are planning a stay with us during the winter months, we strongly recommend arriving in an all-wheel-drive (AWD) vehicle. Ensuring your vehicle is equipped to handle winter conditions and driving carefully will help make your arrival as smooth and safe as possible.

At other times of the year, a two-wheel-drive (2WD) is suitable.

This home contains features that may be difficult for mobility-challenged guests, including climbing stairs to navigate the property.

Please be aware that wildlife populations including black bears are high in the area, and we kindly remind families to keep a close eye on children, avoid leaving food outside (including residue in the grill and fire), lock your car, secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.

Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited. Noise complaints or law enforcement calls may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

The pool is available for heating at an additional fee of $345 per day. Both the pool and hot tub can only be heated if the outside temperature is above 40°F.

Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

Parties & Events

Events such as family reunions, corporate events, yoga retreats, and small weddings (30 guests or under) are allowed with prior approval. Note that weddings will incur an additional fee and require a wedding coordinator. Please reach out to Concierge for more information.

This home allows up to two dogs for a fee. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your pets on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities. Please note that dogs must be crated if left unattended in the home.

The minimum age to book this home is 21.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn't exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.
