Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. • Trash: As you head out, we ask that no trash or food be left outside the home and that all waste goes into the designated bins. • Pets: This home is pet-friendly; a $150 fee applies. • Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Fees apply and vary depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60. We may not always be able to accommodate these requests—please message us in advance for details. • Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion. • We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds for cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is affordable and provides excellent protection against unforeseen cancellations. • We understand that last-minute cancellations can be challenging for guests who choose not to purchase travel insurance.
