As most of the reviews will show, the steady running sound of the creek will drown out almost any noise. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. • Trash: Please do not leave trash or any food items laying outside of the cabin. Wild life may rummage through garbage. We have a locked box that acts as a bear proof container for all of your trash. • Pets: Pets are welcome! A $150 pet fee applies for up to 2 dogs. Just a friendly reminder—if you’re traveling with pets, please keep them off all furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs. This helps us keep the home clean and comfortable for every guest. Excess pet hair, dander, or any damage to linens or furniture may require additional cleaning or replacement and could result in extra charges. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation! • Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Fees apply and vary depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60. We may not always be able to accommodate these requests—please message us in advance for details. • Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion. • We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds for cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is affordable and provides excellent protection against unforeseen cancellations. • We understand that last-minute cancellations can be challenging for guests who choose not to purchase travel insurance.
